When you submit the partner form, we collect what you enter:

- Operator type (for example short-term rental cleaning, property management, or hotel)
- Number of units or properties (optional)
- City or country (optional)
- Contact name (optional)
- Work email
- Any note you choose to add (optional)
- Security and abuse-prevention data (hashed IP address, browser user-agent, and the anti-bot verification result)
Why We Collect It
- To review your application and contact you about a pilot
- To understand the scale and location of your operation
- To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
- To keep the service reliable and secure
Retention
Application data is kept until you ask us to delete it, unless we must keep limited records for security, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Sharing
We use infrastructure providers to host the site and process applications, including Cloudflare for hosting, database storage, and anti-bot verification (Turnstile). We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is visible to Google for that request. We do not sell your personal data.
